Genk beat out a handful of English Premier League clubs including Everton according to reports to land one of the highly rated prospects in Europe.
Baah Bonsu moved to Norway in March and despite playing just 988 minutes, he led the league with 59 dribbles to spark strong interest from a bevy of clubs.
He trained earlier today with his new team and bar a late sale, he is expected to pair with fellow Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil in Genk’s wing areas.
Paintsil produced 18 goals and 14 assists in 39 games in all competitions for Genk last season and has generated interest from Brighton and Hove Albion and Fulham.
Genk missed out on winning the Belgian League last season after finishing second in the Championship Round behind Royal Antwerp.
