The owner and life patron of Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has appointed a four-member interim management committee to oversee club affairs until a new Board is appointed.
This comes on the back of the dissolution of the previous Board on the July 4 2023.
The committee, which will be tasked with ensuring the club is adequately prepared for the upcoming Premier League season includes Kontomponiaferehene Nana Apinkra Awusi-Awua, a charted accountant, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum who was recently re-appointed as head coach, James Kwesi Appiah and Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi.
Fans of the Kumasi-based club will be hoping the new appointees will usher the club into the new season smoothly.
