West Ham United manager David Moyes has praised the qualities of Ghana attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus after the 23 year old completed his move from Ajax Amsterdam to the English Premier League side on Sunday.
He said this in an interview with the club’s official site in the wake of the 38 million pound capture of one of the most sought after players in the transfer market.
“I’m delighted we’ve been able to bring Mohammed (Kudus) to West Ham United. He’s a terrific young talent, who has already shone at the very highest level for Ajax in the Champions League. The fact we’ve been able to attract a player of his undoubted quality to London Stadium shows the pull West Ham have now.”
Kudus is coming off a 2022-2023 season where he scored 18 goals and added seven assists in 42 games in all competitions. He scored three goals and had an assist in three games this season for Ajax before joining West Ham.
