Representing the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Oduro-Nyarko, praised Honourable Ussif for headlining this initiative and highlighted the importance of the move.
“It’s a very good project. I am not surprised; you see the way the Minister is concerned about youth development, am not surprised that he has initiated this scheme. GHALCA has a lot of clubs under it…all of them have offices and therefore you need personnel who can manage their offices to the optimum level.”
“I believe that these officials from the NSS will help to run the various offices and give it a professional touch. I am very pleased with the Minister and I am very grateful.”
