Ghana winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has impressed in his loan spell at Leicester City so much so the loan deal is set to be converted into a permanent deal with The Foxes.
This is according to The Athletic following the 19 year old’s fine run with Leicester in his loan spell from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon. Financial details of the arrangements remain unknown
Under the guidance of Leicester manager Enzo Maresca, the former Steadfast Football Club player has developed into a reliable player.
Issahaku has scored three goals and added nine assists for 12 goal contributions in 26 SkyBet English Championship appearances.

Issahaku has been a regular with the Black Stars since his breakthrough run with Ghana’s Under 20 side at the 2021 AFCON Under 20. He excused himself from selection for Ghana’s 2023 AFCON Black Stars squad.
