GPLWK18: Hamza Issah’s brace seals big win for Hearts of Oak against RTU

In his debut as head coach, Abuobakar Ouattara led Hearts of Oak to a triumphant start, securing a convincing 3-0 victory against Real Tamale United in the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium in the match week 18 fixture following its return this weekend.

Hamza Issah shone with goals in the 17th and 39th minutes, establishing a solid lead by halftime.

Substitute Enoch Asubonteng sealed the deal with a goal in the 70th minute, earning the Phobians three points at the Accra Sports Stadium.

This win propels Hearts of Oak to the 9th position with 24 points from 18 games.

Their next challenge is against Nsoatreman. Meanwhile, Real Tamale United, the Pride of North now sits at the bottom of the standings with 17 points and is set to host Bofoakwa Tano in the upcoming week 19 fixture.
