The Black Queens commenced their initial training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, gearing up for the third-round Olympic Games qualifying match against Zambia’s Copper Queens.
Eighteen out of the 23 invited players are in camp, while the remaining five are anticipated to join in Accra on Tuesday, preparing for the team’s second training session scheduled for today, February 20, 2024.
Coach Nora Häuptle’s squad is set to host Zambia in the first leg of the 2024 Paris Olympic qualifiers at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 23, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
