Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club assistant head coach, David Ocloo, has praised the performance of Accra Lions winger Daniel Awuni in Lions big win over Kotoko.

Kotoko lost 3-2 to Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi with Awuni’s inspired play leading Lions to record its second win in the Ghana Premier League in a row.

18 year old Awuni’s performance got him named as the Man of the Match Award winner as Lions dominated Kotoko from the wide areas in tandem with Dominic Amponsah.

Speaking in an interview after the game, Ocloo expressed his disappointment over the loss and stated that his team run less than Lions did in the game. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
