We are ready to give our all to beat Hearts of Oak- Kotoko striker Steven Mukwala

Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club striker, Stephen Mukwala, is adamant that his team will give their best to beat Accra Hearts of Oak.

He said this in an interview with Kotoko media as The Porcupine Warriors prepare to play against big rival Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday, May 26 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

Touching on the theme of pleasing Kotoko fans after enduring a disastrous season thus far, by beating Hearts that was stated by goalkeeper Frederick Asare, the Ugandan forward made his team’s intentions clear about its approach. (Click highlighted text to read to full story)

“We are much more determined as a team even individuals we are also determined. We are ready to give our all. We know we are not in a good position but we shall fight hard to make sure that at least on Sunday we can pick the maximum points.”

Mukwala scored in Kotoko’s 2-1 loss to Berekum Chelsea in the lead up to the Hearts game to take his tally to 12 goals in the 2023-2024 season.
