London born Ghanaian attacking midfielder and winger Nathan Omari Forson has agreed to a deal with Italian Serie A side AC Monza. Monza finished 12th in the 2023-2024 Serie A standings.
Forson departs Manchester United for the Italian club on a four year deal with Man United set to receive an undisclosed amount as compensation fee in the wake of his exit according to Italian football transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
The London born player who turns 20 in July this year made four senior appearances in the EPL for The Red Devils since breaking into the team in the 2022-2023 season alongside fellow English midfielder of Ghanaian descent Kobbie Mainoo.
He spent time at Tottenham Hotspurs Academy before moving to Manchester United’s Youth setup where he won the FA Youth Cup. At the senior level, the left footed Forson won the Emirates FA Cup with Man United under Erik Ten Hag via a 2-1 win over Manchester City.

Despite featuring for England’s U-16, U-19 and U-20 teams, Forson is eligible to play for Ghana at the international level further deepening the talent pool in the wing areas for the Black Stars.
