Ghana forward Yaw Yeboah has bagged his second title with Major League Soccer (MLS) side Columbus Crew after Columbus won the MLS Leagues Cup.

Columbus Crew beat Los Angeles Football Club (LA FC) 3-1 in the final game to lift the title with The Crew scoring twice in the final minutes of the game.

Former AC Milan striker and France’s all time leading goal scorer, Olivier Giroud, scored his first goal for LA FC since joining the club earlier this season.

Yeboah was an unused substitute in the game but got to enjoy the moment as Columbus lifted the title ahead of the MLS Playoffs.

Former Right To Dream Academy player, Yeboah, adds the title to the MLS Cup Columbus won in the immediate past season.

In 64 games with Columbus, 27 year old Yeboah has bagged three goals after playing on loan deals at European clubs like Lille, FC Twente and Wisla Krakow.
