Ghanaian duo Abdul Aziz Issah and David Oduro have been spotted training with FC Barcelona ahead of the team’s La Liga game on Sunday.
Barcelona is scheduled to take on Girona on Sunday, September 15 at 14:15 GMT after scoring a brilliant start to the season winning all four games played so far in the season.
Attacking midfielder Issah and left full back Oduro joined the training session that was observed by Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick.
Both players signed to Barcelona’s B Team-Barca Atletic- before the close of the transfer window from Ghana Premier League clubs, Dreams FC and Accra Lions respectively.
Issah and Oduro stated that joining Barcelona was a dream come true and both players indicated that they were ready to work to make the jump to the first team.
18 year old Issah described his game as similar to that of Barcelona 17 year old star winger Lamine Yamal and got to train with the 2024 Euros champion. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
