Dreams Football Club head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, has lambasted goalkeeper Gidios Aseako for his role in the team’s 2-2 draw with Kpando Heart of Lions.
Despite taking the game’s lead in the 35th minute through Chris Guede, Dreams conceded two quick goals in the 54th and 60th minutes respectively including a horror pass from Aseako that directly led to a goal.
Veteran former Accra Hearts of Oak forward Joseph Esso scored the equalizer for Dreams in the 88th minute but Bashir Hayford was far from impressed with his keeper’s role in one of the second and likened Aseako’s style to that of Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana who is famous for making risky passes.
“During the second half, I told my goalkeeper; these Onana things, Onana things, you have to vary and see the implications if you find your players are not okay. What I mean is you playing like a footballer instead of you to go the simple way so it pains me. To me, to me, I am very very disappointed.”

Dreams FC rank 10th in the 18 team league standings after picking three draws in three games.
