Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has been nominated for the Ghana Premier League Coach of the Month Award in November.
The nomination comes ahead of Hearts of Oakβs big clash against bitter rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday, December 15 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Hearts head into the headline clash on the back of a five game unbeaten run in all competitions including four wins and a draw. Kotoko on the other hand, lost four games in a row before picking up back to back wins.
Ouattara endured a torrid start to the season but The Phobians uptick in form has pushed Hearts to sixth place in the league and landed Ouattara in the nominees list for Coach of the Month Award for November.
He is contending for the award against Kpando Heart of Lions coach Bashir Hayford, Kwaku Danso of Bechem United and Kassim Mingle Ocansey of Nations FC.
Aside Mingle Ocansey, all three nominees had their teamsβ bag three wins and a draw in the league in November. Scroll down to read the full breakdown of the nominees record in November.
