Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has registered his first assist in the 2024-2025 English Premier League in his 10th appearance of the campaign.

Kudus missed five games in the league via suspension but in his second game after his return, the Black Stars player assisted Jarrod Bowen’s goal that gave West Ham United a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the London Stadium.

It was a must win game for under-fire West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui; The Hammers rank 14th in the league with 18 points at the time of writing.

Kudus missed out on improving his goal tally (two) in the 60th minute when his goal was disallowed by the VAR. He assisted Bowen’s goal in the 72nd minute.

In 87 minutes, Kudus completed 32 of 33 passes accurately while making 61 touches and successfully completed four of six dribbling attempts.

Since arriving in the EPL last season, Kudus consistently featured among the top three ranked players in the dribbles completed category.
