In the post-game interview, he added that he was touched by the gesture and believed that his sacrifice for the club got him to receive such admiration from Marseille fans.
“I felt really touched, it made me happy. I spent a lot of time here at the club. 11 years at the club and 25 years in all in the city. That (the ovation) showed I did really well for the club. I sacrificed for the club and what we are looking for as players is to leave a mark…I managed to do that at Olympique Marseille.”

In his second stint with Le Havre, Dede Ayew has a goal in nine Ligue 1 appearances. Scroll down to watch video of Marseille fans standing ovation for Dede Ayew.
