Southampton manager Ivan Juric is confident that Ghana winger Kamaldeen Sulemana will be with the team for its upcoming test against Ipswich Town.
Southampton travel to Ipswich Town in an English Premier League matchup on Saturday, February 1 at 15:00 GMT in a game involving the 20th and 19th ranked teams respectively.
Juric made Sulemana’s availability for selection for this weekend’s match known in a pre-game press conference. Kamaldeen missed Southampton’s 3-1 loss to Newcastle United due to a hamstring strain but is available for selection.
“Kamaldeen and (Tyler) Dibling trained today with us, and they will be with us [for Ipswich]” Juric said in the presser.
In the lead up to the Ipswich game, Kamaldeen Sulemana has been linked with a transfer move to French Ligue 1 side RC Lens. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Sulemana’s was heavily tipped to leave Southampton in the January transfer window as he struggled with poor form and injuries.
However, his performances have improved recently including a brilliant outing against Manchester United and increasing his chances of staying at Southampton.

Should the move to Lens materialize, Sulemana would make a return to France after playing in the Ligue 1 for Stade Rennes before joining Southampton.
