West Ham United head coach, Graham Potter, has tagged Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus as a player who has creative capabilities and is an option for The Hammers on that end.
He said this in his pre-game presser as West Ham prepare to take on Fulham at the London Stadium on Tuesday, January 14 at 19:30 GMT.
The upcoming game is Graham Potter’s first league outing as West Ham head coach after replacing Julen Lopetegui following the latter’s dismissal recently.
In his first game in charge of The Hammers, West Ham lost 2-1 to Aston Villa in Round 3 of the Emirates FA Cup. On Kudus, Potter stated,
“Sometimes in these situations [with several absences in one position], you have to be creative. You have to look at the attacking players you have and what their attributes are and use them accordingly so Mo’s [Kudus] got the capability to do that. It’s an option for us.”

Kudus has three goals and an assist in 15 league games in his second season at West Ham.
