Second Edition of Thomas Partey Tournament Set to Kick Off in June 2025

After a successful event in December 2024, the second edition of the Thomas Partey Tournament is scheduled to kick off in June 2025.

This exciting project is aimed at discovering, recruiting, and nurturing young Ghanaian football talents between the ages of 16, 17, and 18.

Tournament Details
1. Date: June 10th – 13th, 2025
2. Participating Teams: 12 teams to be selected from preliminary phases from Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale (Dates to be announced)

Any team or academy that wants to participate will have to write an email to [email protected] where they will receive the rules for participation in the tournament.

Players who do not have a team can send a message to the email above , so they can do a trial with one of the teams that will participate in the tournament after a mandatory ID identification.

After the preliminary phases, the final phase will be played on June 10, 11, and 12 (the groups) and June 13, the semi-final and final.

3. Age Group: Born 2007, 2008, 2009, with 2010 and 2011 in special cases
4. Scouting Opportunities: Scouts from Europe and the USA will be in attendance to identify top talents

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey will be in attendance, together with his agent Jose Daniel Jiménez .

The maiden edition of the tournament proved to be a good one for eight talented youngsters who would have the opportunity to undergo trials in some top clubs in Europe.
