FC Samartex 1996 head coach, Christopher Ennin, has stated that his team’s upcoming clash against Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club cannot be taken lightly.

He said this in a pre-game interview as the reigning Ghana Premier League champions take on The Phobians in the biggest game in the latest round of the league.

Ahead of the contest that is set to take place at the Nsenkyire Arena on Sunday, January 19 at 15:00 GMT, Samartex rank eighth with Hearts ranked fourth and Ennin believes the clash can’t be taken lightly.

“We are fully prepared for this game because playing with a club like Hearts of Oak isn’t something we can take lightly so we are prepared…the boys are ready for the game.”

Christopher Ennin

The upcoming contest represents Ennin’s debut as Samartex head coach following his appointment in the wake of Nurudeen Amadu’s split from the club after guiding the club to win its first ever league title.
