Former Liverpool and England international midfielder Danny Murphy has named Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus as an option the club could sign to bolster its forward line in the offseason.
His comments came in the wake of Liverpool beating Tottenham Hotspurs 5-1 to clinch the 2024-2025 EPL title and 20 in all.
Liverpool’s win marked Arne Slot’s successful debut season in the EPL despite the Dutch trainer not making any major signings to the team after taking over.
Speaking to the BBC, Murphy named the West Ham United player as a possible replacement for Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and Diogo Jota with the trio heavily tipped to leave the club this offseason.
“Kudus is robust, skilful and can play as a ’10’ or on the left or right. He is super strong and got great pace” Murphy said.

24 year old Kudus is on the verge of completing his second season in the EPL and has been linked to a 100 Million Euros move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Black Stars midfielder Kudus scored his first league goal in 2025 in West Ham’s 3-2 loss; Kudus has four goals and three assists in 31 games in all competitions.
