Medeama Sporting Club head coach Ibrahim Tanko has bemoaned the number of missed chances by his team in the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League season.

The Mauve and Yellow beat Basake Holy Stars 2-1 in an outstanding league fixture played out at the TNA Stadium in Tarkwa that had Medeama record its second win in a row.

Ibrahim Tanko expressed his unhappiness over Medeama’s failure to keep a clean sheet and further registered his discomfort over his team’s struggles to kill off games early. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“I think the boys did well; all the games we’ve played here, we score a lot of goals but like I said the last time, we have to learn to kill the game even in the first half… we had the chances to score two or three goals in the first half then make it easier for us” Tanko said.
