Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, looked at the bright side of a goalless draw with Accra Hearts of Oak.

Speaking in a post-game interview after the Porcupine Warriors picked up the point against its biggest rivals, Karim Zito, who led Kotoko as the lead trainer for only the second time after replacing Dr. Prosper Ogum as head coach, reflected on missed chances from his team but welcomed the stalemate.

“I would have been very happy if I had won this game. It would brighten my chances of fighting for the league title because I still haven’t lost hope. If you look at the chances we squandered we should have won this game but it’s better than losing so I’m okay.”
