Harry Kane has finally broken his long wait for club silverware ; without kicking a ball. Bayern Munich have been officially crowned Bundesliga champions after closest rivals Bayer Leverkusen were held to a 1-1 draw by SC Freiburg.

The result means Bayern, who have maintained a dominant lead throughout the campaign, are now mathematically out of reach at the top of the Bundesliga table, securing their 34th league title .

For Kane, it marks a personal milestone. The England captain, who joined Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur last summer in a high-profile move worth over €100 million, has often been the subject of headlines for his incredible individual numbers but lack of team honors.

Since arriving in Munich, the 30-year-old has been prolific in front of goal, leading the Bundesliga scoring charts and making an instant impact in German football. Now, with the title secured, Kane finally adds a major trophy to his club career a feat that eluded him during his long spell at Spurs.

Bayern’s title triumph is a testament to their consistency and firepower, with Vincent Kompany men showcasing both grit and attacking flair across the season.

With the Bundesliga title now secured, Bayern will shift their focus to finishing the season strongly, while Kane will be eager to add more silverware to what is shaping up to be a successful first year in German football.
