Ghana’s 3×3 Basketball Men’s Team will be in action tonight at 18:00 GMT in Algeria in the semifinals of the African School Games.

Team Ghana is scheduled to take on The Gambia after registering impressive wins in the qualification phase of the African championship.

This is the first edition of the competition that has been organized under the auspices of the African National Olympic Committees (ANOCA).

Team Ghana beat Uganda 13-7 in the preliminary phase and ended up with an 18-9 win over South Sudan in the quarterfinals.

The Gambia beat Benin 18-14 to progress to the semifinals and set up the crunch game against Team Ghana.

Ghana will qualify to the finals should it register a win over the rising powerhouse on the African continent. The final game will be played later tonight.
