A handful of sports apparel brands are fawning over the possibility of signing American 400 metre hurdler Chris Robinson.

The companies have registered serious interest in signing Robinson as an ambassador after the 24 year old made the headlines following his infamous win in the Men’s 400 Metre Hurdles at the Ostrava Golden Spike in Czechia Republic.

The athlete nicknamed The Anomaly delivered a stunning win despite being seriously hampered by a wardrobe malfunction that had his genitals exposed multiple times in the course of the race despite Robinson’s best efforts to prevent this.

In the wake of the viral moment, Citi Sports gathers that underwear sports brand Shinesty has made an offer to Robinson to model their Magnum Pouch Ball Hamock product; the Magnum Pouch Ball Hamock apparel is 47% larger in the front pocket than average running suit.

Chief Executive Officer of sports apparel company Krakatoa, Alex Bortoluzzi, has stated according to TMZ, “we have a special pouch in front, to keep things separated and not slapping around” in relation to the company’s interest in getting Robinson on board.

Robinson recently won gold in the 4×400 Metre Mixed Relay at the 2025 World Relays in Guangzhou, China. Scroll down to watch Robinson’s wardrobe malfunction.
