Brazilian football superstar Neymar was pictured shedding tears after his Santos side got thrashed by Vasco Da Gama in a Brazilian League game.
Santos lost 6-0 to Vasco in an embarrassing fashion that had two of Brazil’s best players in recent years, Neymar and Coutinho, face off with Coutinho’s Vasco getting the better of Neymar’s Santos.
Former Inter Milan and Liverpool playmaker Coutinho scored twice in the game with his first coming in the 54th minute with his second coming in the 62nd minute.
After the game, Neymar was seen crying and later described the performance against Vasco as a “disgrace” in an interview stating,
“It was a disgrace. The fans have the right to curse and insult people today. It’s acceptable. I feel ashamed. I had never experienced anything like this in my life” in an interview.
