Football legend Augustine Azuka “Jay-Jay” Okocha has named two Ghanaian football greats in his top five list of the greatest African players of all time.

The Nigerian football icon named former Black Stars midfielder Abedi Ayew “Pele” and striker Tony Yeboah in his top five list while answering a question on the subject.

Former Bolton Wanderers player Okocha placed Abedi Pele second in his list with Yeboah closely behind in third place and George Weah as the number one on his list.

Okocha fixed himself fourth on the list and Ivorian great Didier Drogba in fifth place; Okocha won the 1994 AFCON and the 1996 Olympic Games with Nigeria.

The recently turned 52 year old had sterling careers at Paris Saint-Germain, where he mentored football icon Ronaldinho, Frankfurt and Fenerbache in his club career.

Weah is the only African player to win the prestigious Ballon D’Or while dominating at AS Monaco, PSG and AC Milan before winding down his career at Chelsea and Manchester City.
