Argentine superstar Lionel Messi delivered his latest feat of heroics to get Inter Miami CF into the final game of the MLS Leagues Cup Final.

Messi scored in the 77th minute from the penalty spot and in the 88th minute in a 3-1 win over Orlando City in the semifinals to qualify Inter Miami to the finals.

The former Barcelona player’s goal sparked Inter Miami’s comeback after Miami trailed 1-0 at half time to a Marco Pasalic goal.

Messi then wiggled his way into the penalty box before slamming the ball into the net after receiving a pass from former Barcelona teammate Jordi Alba.

Telasco Segovia wrapped up the win in the 91st minute; Segovia completed a brilliant move that involved Rodrigo De Paul and Luis Suarez.

Inter Miami will compete in the final game on September 1 against Seattle Sounders at 12:00 AM; Seattle beat LA Galaxy 2-0 in a game that had Ghana’s Joseph Paintsil play out the entire duration of the contest.
