Aurum Global Enterprises, in partnership with the National Sports Authority (NSA), has launched the Ghana Matchday Booklet, a new initiative aimed at making sports information more accessible to the public in both physical and electronic formats.
The launch, held in Accra, brought together heads of sporting federations under the NSA, the Member of Parliament for Takoradi, Hon. Okyere Darko-Mensah, and other dignitaries.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Executive Director of Aurum Global Partners, Dr. Steven Blessing Ackah, explained that the booklet was inspired by the need to properly showcase Ghanaian sports to the world.

He recalled how, in 2022, his outfit presented Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus with a 24-karat gold commemorative coin, an initiative that earned national and international recognition.
“It showed us the importance of celebrating our athletes and documenting their achievements. With this booklet, we want to create a platform where not just football, but all sports in Ghana can gain visibility and attract investment,” Dr. Ackah said.
For the NSA, the booklet represents a step toward building stronger partnerships for sports development. NSA Director General, Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, highlighted its potential to elevate all 52 federations under its authority.
“This is not just a football brochure or calendar. It is for every federation ; athletics, swimming, boxing, hockey, and more. Aurum Global brings global expertise, having worked within prestigious events like the Monaco Grand Prix. We want to tap into that experience to maximize exposure and attract sponsors for Ghanaian sports,” he said.

Adding his voice, the MP for Takoradi, Hon. Okyere Darko-Mensah, described the initiative as a “game-changer,” emphasising that talent alone is insufficient to grow sports in Ghana.
Sports must be looked at as a business. This initiative fills a critical gap by supporting teams and associations with organizational and strategic backing

The Ghana Matchday Booklet will debut with coverage of the Black Stars, before expanding to include the other 52 sporting federations under the NSA. It is expected to serve as a one-stop reference for fixtures, events, and promotional opportunities, while also positioning Ghanaian sports more strongly on the international stage.
