Ghana Vice-Captain Thomas Partey has linked up with the Black Stars camp following the adjournment of his court hearing in the United Kingdom.
The Villarreal midfielder appeared in court on Monday, but the case was postponed to September 15, allowing him to join Otto Addo’s squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Chad.

The team will leave for N’jamena later today and continue training sessions there ahead of the Chad game.

Thomas Partey is expected back in court a day before Villarreal’s UEFA Champions League group stage clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Vice Captain is part of the 24-man squad for the clash against Chad and Mali on September 4 and 8 in the matchday 7 and 8 fixtures of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
