Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has lauded the qualities of Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo who has had a brilliant start to the 2025-2026 season.

Guardiola described the Black Stars player as an extraordinary player in his presser ahead of Man City’s English Premier League clash against AFC Bournemouth on Sunday, November 2 at 16:30 GMT at the Etihad Stadium.

The big clash involving the second ranked Bournemouth and fifth ranked Man City comes at a time Semenyo has been nominated for the Goal of the Month Award in October and has nine goals and three assists in nine league games this season.

“It is not just this season. The way Bournemouth play suits him perfectly. He is an extraordinary player” Pep Guardiola said before hinting that Man City star Rodri could likely to play a role in Sunday’s game stating,
