Black Stars winger Kamaldeen Sulemana has landed on the radar of Napoli and AS Roma as a transfer target of the Italian clubs.

Sulemana, who is with Atalanta, has emerged as a loan transfer target for the aforementioned clubs with Napoli interested in the Ghana player following the serious injury to Brazilian winger David Neres.

According to Atalanta insider Alessandro Giovanni Pagliarini, Roma and Napoli are interested in a loan deal that runs out at the end of the 2025-2026 season with an option to buy.

However, he added Atalanta is holding out for a loan move to Napoli or AS Roma for Kamaldeen Sulemana with an obligation to buy.

Pagliarini, in his report, stated that Turkish side Fenerbache is pushing to sign Nigerian international Ademola Lookman on loan.

Sulemana has largely struggled for game time since joining Atalanta from Southampton ahead of the 2025-2026 season.

He played 39 minutes in Atalanta’s UEFA Champions League 1-0 loss to Union Saint-Gilloise on Wednesday, January 28.
