Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has called on his team to improve their performance to change the negative feeling around the club.
The Cityzens suffered a second loss in a row after losing 3-1 in surprising fashion to Norwegian side Bodo Glimt in the UEFA Champions League.
After getting dominated in a 2-0 loss to Manchester United in the English Premier League this past weekend, Man City got shocked by Bodo Glimt on Tuesday, January 20 in the group stage of the premier European competition.
Speaking to the club’s media after the game that had Rodri sent off for picking up two yellow cards, Guardiola called for a change from his team by saying,
“We have to come back – the results since 2025 is not good, in terms of the Premier League and now today. We have the feeling everything is going wrong, the details, but we have to try and change that.”

“We fought 10 v 11. We have to change the dynamic for the next game against Wolves and against Galatasaray…but Bodo/Glimt were well organised. We struggled a little bit. They were really good.”
