Manchester United defender Patrick Dorgu’s uptick in form has come to a crashing halt as the Danish player is set to be sidelined for multiple weeks with injury.
Dorgu has been ruled out of action for 10 weeks due to a hamstring injury according to Man United insider Lauri Whitwell; he picked up the injury in Manchester United’s 3-2 win over Arsenal this past weekend.
The former Leece player scored a brilliant goal in the win with his goal coming in the second half to put Man United up 2-1.
However, after another hard run late in the game, Dorgu grabbed his hamstring and stayed on the turf before getting replaced with Benjamin Sesko in the 81st minute.
Dorgu’s goal against Arsenal was his second in a row after he scored in Man United’s 2-0 win over city rivals Manchester City.

His improvement coincides with Michael Carrick’s appointment as interim Man United head coach who has guided the team to back to back wins over the league title contenders in the past weeks.
