Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club have been drawn to play against Aduana Stars FC in the Round of 16 stage in the 2025-2026 MTN FA Cup.

Kotoko got drawn against Aduana with the draw taking place on Tuesday, January 27; FA Cup Committee Member Frank Nelson Nwokolo and Chairman Wilson Arthur were present for the draw.

The clash is scheduled to take place at the Baba Yara Stadium on February 8; Kotoko are aiming to successfully defend the title.

Kotoko beat Division One side Golden Kick 2-1 to win the title last year; Kwame Opoku converted a penalty to grab the winner.

Winning the FA Cup qualifies the winners to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup; Kotoko competed in the Confederation Cup but exited to Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club in the second round after losing 6-1 on aggregate.
