Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has made a bold statement that he is yet to produce his best football in his career after making the latest move in career.
The former Bristol City player made this statement after joining Manchester City from AFC Bournemouth for a reported fee of 64 million pounds on Friday, January 9.
Moving to Man City marks Semenyo’s fast rise through the English football ranks after having a difficult start to professional football.
Having scored 10 goals and adding three assists in 20 league games, Semenyo’s brilliant form in the 2025-2026 season got rewarded with the move to Pep Guardiola’s side and in his first interview as a Man City player, the Black Stars player says there is more to come from him.

“My best football is yet to come, I am sure of that. And City are in a great position – still involved in four competitions. I really feel I can help them have a strong second half of the season. I hope to show everyone what I can do” Semenyo said to the club’s media.
