Interim head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Prince Yaw Owusu, has bemoaned his players’ lack of composure after losing to bitter rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
Kotoko hosted Hearts at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi and lost 1-0 to Hearts after Baba Adamu’s header shockingly beat Kotoko goalkeeper Mohammed Camara.
Despite holding a man advantage following the dismissal of Emmanuel Amankwah in the first half, Kotoko failed to get past Benjamin Asare.
Speaking after the loss, Prince Owusu who lost his first game in charge as interim head coach wasn’t pleased with Mohammed Camara’s role in the Hearts goal and criticised his players for being too hasty in their play.
“It-losing to Hearts-has made the season very tough for us. The goal that came in was a goalkeeping blunder. “
