Liverpool FC head coach Arne Slot is dreading the thought of having another player in his team pick up an injury and miss time.
The Reds are dealing with injuries to Jeremie Frimpong, Alexander Isak, Giovanni Leoni and Conor Bradley and recently had midfielder Wataru Endo forced off in Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Sunderland in the English Premier League.
Leoni and Bradley are likely to miss the rest of the season due to an ACL injury and knee ligament damage respectively.
Slot shared this fear ahead of Liverpool’s FA Cup tie against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield on Saturday, February 14 at 20:00 GMT.
“We’ve got three priorities – FA Cup, Champions League qualification and the Champions League – but we’re also aware of the limited options I have, we have, in terms of the squad.”

“So, the load management is important as well because the last thing we could use right now is another injury” Slot said according to the club’s media.
