The Spanish international scored the winner in Barcelona’s 1-0 win over Bilbao at the San Mames in a very tough game with the win maintaining Barca’s four point lead atop the Spanish La Liga standings.

After scoring the first hat-trick in his professional football career recently, Yamal scored his 14^th league goal of the 2025-2026 season to get the win over Bilbao by bending the ball into the top corner of the net in the 69^th minute leading Barca head coach Hansi Flick to state,

“I am proud of them…this special atmosphere- how they stand together, the environment, everything is fantastic. He-Lamine Yamal-didn’t have his best game but his goal decided it. When has space, opportunities…he trains a lot. It’s good that he can solve the game in a situation.”
