After suffering a second straight defeat to the Oklahoma City Thunder in their NBA Western Conference semifinal series, JJ Redick expressed frustration with the officiating.

The Los Angeles Lakers now trail the Oklahoma City Thunder 2-0 in the best of seven series after a 125-107 loss in Game Two. Following the game, Lakers guard Austin Reaves was seen holding an impromptu discussion with game officials.

Speaking to reporters after the defeat, Redick questioned the lack of foul calls involving LeBron James, who has attempted just five free throws across the opening two games of the series.

“LeBron has the worst whistle of any star player I’ve ever seen,” Redick said. “I mean, I’ve been with him two years now. He gets clobbered. He got clobbered again tonight a bunch.”

“He gets fouled a lot and it doesn’t [get called]. The guy gets hit on the head more than any player I’ve seen on drives, and it rarely gets called” Redick said.
