The Black Stars have confirmed their squad numbers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with captain Jordan Ayew retaining his iconic number 9 shirt and goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi taking the prestigious number 1 jersey.

One of the most notable assignments sees Brandon Thomas-Asante handed the famous number 10 shirt, while attacking forward Antoine Semenyo will wear number 11.

In the goalkeeping department, Joseph Anang has been assigned number 12, while Benjamin Asare takes number 16.

Meanwhile, Kwasi Sibo will wear number 8, while rising midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi takes number 3.

The announcement comes as Ghana enters the final phase of preparations for the tournament in North America.
