Bibiani Gold Stars new signing Kwame Opoku has joined up with his new teammates after concluding his move to the club.
Opoku joined the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League Champions earlier this week on a one year deal after spending time with Kumasi Asante Kotoko where he won the FA Cup title.
He joined the club ahead of the start of the 2026-2027 season but just in time to compete in the GHALCA (Ghana League Clubs Association) Top 4 tournament.
Opoku was pictured with his new teammates at the venue (University of Ghana Stadium) for this year’s GHALCA Top 4 preparing for the tournament.
The pre-season competition commences on Wednesday, August 26 with Gold Stars taking on reigning GPL champions Medeama at 15:00 GMT.
Gold Stars are scheduled to play against Dreams FC and FC Samartex on Friday, August 28 and Sunday, August 30 respectively.
Opoku has featured for Algerian side USM Alger and Moroccan side Khouribga in his career.
