Goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim says he is ready to compete for Kumasi Asante Kotoko as a matured player than he did in his first run out with the club. (Scroll down to watch video)
He said this in his first official interview as a Kotoko player for the second time in his career after signing for the club; the official announcement was made on Monday, August 24 but terms of the contract weren’t stated.
Ibrahim played two years in his first Kotoko stint before moving to the Ethiopian League where he played for Ethiopian Coffe SC and made 55 appearances.
Having featured for Kotoko as a 19 year old, Ibrahim, now 23, believes getting the chance to play for the Porcupine Warriors again was special.
“To have another chance of playing for Asante Kotoko once again means everything to me and my family because the club has played a truly special role in my life.”

“I left as a young man, but now I am much more mature and have gained a lot of experience” Ibrahim said.
