Ghana left-back Baba Rahman has reportedly withdrawn from the squad following a medical assessment, although the Ghana Football Association has yet to officially confirm the development.
Rahman was included in Carlos Queiroz’s original 24-man squad for Ghana’s upcoming AFCON qualifiers against Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia, as well as the international friendly against Morocco.
The PAOK defender was also seen in images circulating online appearing to have arrived in camp alongside Jerome Otchere and Alexander Djiku.

However, Rahman may have subsequently pulled out of the squad after undergoing a medical assessment. The reason for the reported withdrawal has not yet been established.
The development would represent another change to Queiroz’s squad, which has already been affected by several player withdrawals.
The Black Stars are preparing for a busy international window, beginning with their AFCON qualifier against Côte d’Ivoire in Bouaké on Thursday, September 24.
Ghana will then host The Gambia in Accra on September 29 before facing Morocco in an international friendly on October 4.
