The Healthy Living Project is aimed at steering audiences to adopt healthy lifestyles to promote general wellbeing. The Project is under the theme, “Changing Habits. Transforming Lives”.

Frema Adunyame made this known in an interview on Channel One TV’s Breakfast Daily Show ahead of this year’s edition of Ghana’s biggest corporate sports event where she stated,

“Once it’s sports, we are doing it [at the Business Olympics]…everything you are watching on TV on the Healthy Living Project, everything you are listening on CITI FM on the Healthy Living Project, is going to be live [at the Business Olympics].”

“Most of our resource persons, the Doctors will be there, the Nutritionists will be there, we can now afford to ask all of the questions…and so it’s a really great experience that we are going to be having” Adunyame said.

The 2026 CITI Business Olympics comes off on Saturday, September 26 at the Eden Heights Sports Complex in Weija and is sponsored by Gargill Ghana Limited and SYN Lab.

🎥 “It’s not just about the competition; it’s about releasing stress.” — Head of Events and Partnerships at Citi FM and Channel One TV, Frema Adunyame.
