Chelsea’s ownership has promised a renewed focus on winning major trophies and building sustained success at the club following an important change in its ownership structure.
In a statement, the owners thanked their departing partners for their contributions and said the club was entering a new chapter with a “shared sense of purpose, clear direction and confidence” in what lies ahead.
The ownership group made clear that success on the pitch remains its first priority, with ambitions to compete for the Premier League and other major trophies.
“Our ambition is clear: to compete at the highest level, to win major trophies, and to build sustained success,” the statement said.
The owners also stressed the importance of Chelsea’s supporters, describing them as the “heart” of the club and its “true custodians” for more than 120 years.

“While we have the responsibility of ownership, this will always be your Club,” they said.
The statement added that the ownership would listen to supporters and work towards building a Chelsea they can be proud of both on and off the pitch.
Alongside sporting ambitions, the owners said they would strengthen the club commercially to ensure consistent investment in the first team.
They also outlined plans to continue investing in Chelsea’s infrastructure, while pursuing long-term solutions for the club’s future.
“We are ambitious about what Chelsea can achieve, and equally conscious of the responsibility that comes with leading this great Club,” the ownership said.
The statement concluded with a commitment to continue moving the club forward together, as Chelsea seek to combine on-field success with long-term stability.
