Manchester United are winless in their last four matches across all competitions, including a 4-1 defeat to Como in the UEFA Champions League. They have also failed to beat Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
Carrick’s side, who sit 13th in the league, will look to end that run when they host AFC Bournemouth on Sunday, October 25.
“Entitlement cannot be at this football club. We’ve won in the past, we’ve got an incredible history, but that doesn’t mean that you’re entitled to just win.”

“I’m aware of some of the individuals who have been part of that history and know them closely. Manchester United always has been, and always will be, bigger than any single individual.”

“Bigger than me, any of the players, it always has been. Again it was based on being humble, having humility and hard work. We can never lose that and I won’t let us lose that. It inspires me a lot to [deliver] us to that” Carrick said.
