Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has named Kwadwo Asamoah and Baba Rahman in his first eleven to face Cameroon in an Africa Cup of Nations Group F game.

The duo missed out on Ghana’s 2-2 draw against Benin on opening day.

Captain Andre Ayew has also passed a late fitness test and will start up front alongside his brother Jordan, both of whom scored against Benin.

Rahman replaces Lumor Agbenyenu at left back while Asamoah will start in a midfield three with Mubarak Wakaso and Thomas Partey.

Jonathan Mensah also starts in central defense alongside Kassim Nuhu after he came off the bench following John Boye’s red card in the last game.

Ghana XI vs Cameroon:

Richard Ofori
Andy Yiadom
Baba Rahman
Kassim Nuhu
Jonathan Mensah
Mubarak Wakaso
Thomas Partey
Andre Ayew
Jordan Ayew
Christian Atsu
Kwadwo Asamoah
