Premier League leaders Liverpool saw their 27-match unbeaten run in the English top flight come to a crashing end on Saturday night.
The Reds’ dream of emulating the Invincible Arsenal side of 2004 was broken by a stunning display by Watford.
Prior to the weekend, the Hornets were in 19th place and in danger of slipping deeper into relegation trouble.
However, a brace from Sarr and a third from Deeney gave Watford an emphatic win and three crucial points as they aim to remain in the Premier League.
Liverpool remain 22 points clear at the top but the would-be champions have finally been humbled.
